Welcome to KAVORRI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kavorri.com and any purchase you make from it. Please read them carefully. By accessing, browsing or placing an order on kavorri.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Company and legal information

The registered office above is our administrative address. It is not a returns address. Returns must be sent only to the dedicated returns address set out in our Refund Policy.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

Your use of the website and the placing of any order constitute your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Payment Policy, which together form the agreement between you and us. We recommend that you save or print a copy for your records.

3. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are intended for consumers in the United Kingdom.

4. Our products

KAVORRI sells interior and exterior lighting, including pendant lights, wall lights (wall sconces) and ceiling lights. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including their dimensions, materials and specifications. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product images are illustrative; please rely on the written specifications on each product page.

Electrical products and installation

Our lighting products are electrical goods. Where installation involves connection to mains electricity, we strongly recommend that fitting is carried out by a qualified, competent electrician in accordance with the applicable wiring regulations. Please retain the installation instructions supplied with the product. Incorrect installation may affect your warranty and your safety.

5. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are the final price payable. Shipping is free within the United Kingdom, so the price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay, with no additional charges on delivery.

We take care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. In such cases we will refund any amount already paid in full.

7. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely; we do not store your full card details. Full details are set out in our Payment Policy.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched by UPS with a handling time of 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday) and a transit time of 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), for a total estimated delivery of 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping is free within the United Kingdom. Full details, including how to track your order and what happens if it does not arrive, are set out in our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days in accordance with our Refund Policy and with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving and processing the returned goods. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full procedure, eligibility and exclusions.
Order changes & cancellations
Order changes or cancellations may be requested by contacting us at contact@kavorri.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If you need to correct your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process set out in our Refund Policy after delivery.

10. Two-year warranty

KAVORRI provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and electrical faults, valid from the date of delivery. During this period we will repair or replace, free of charge, any product that develops a manufacturing defect or an electrical fault under normal domestic use.

This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or incorrect installation; damage caused by failure to follow the supplied instructions; replaceable consumable parts such as bulbs where supplied; or products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than us or our authorised partner. This commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Your statutory rights

As a consumer you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

12. Intellectual property

All content on kavorri.com, including text, product descriptions, logos, graphics, images and the overall design, is the property of KAVORRI (Silavann-john LIM (SNL.CF) (sole trader)) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the website without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Termination and account use

We may suspend or restrict your access to the website if you breach these Terms, misuse the website, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. This does not affect any order already accepted, which will continue to be governed by these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our practices. The current version is always published on kavorri.com with its "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will notify customers by a notice on the website or by email. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you place it.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to consumer contracts in the United Kingdom, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.

17. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us first at contact@kavorri.com so we can try to put things right. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can obtain free, independent advice on your consumer rights from the Citizens Advice consumer service.
